I had order offline lectures for cma inter both groups for 46450. Its been more than 18 days and the order is not shipped. I request them to cancel my order but they denied to cancel it. It's clearly mentioned on there terms and conditions that if order is not shipped within 2 weeks it can be cancelled but they are not proceeding my cancellation request. Please refund my money as early as possible....

I had ordered video classes for CA final coaching on 9 September 2018 to be delivered via pen drive. The classes were sent very late to me after being informed that it takes only 3-5 business days.

Further, the video classes delivered were in the form of a CD and not a pendrive. Even though I paid for Pen drive classes (extra charge). Now the coaching institute - Sri Ram Coaching Point, Chennai as well as CA KART are not responding....
