I have placed an order for 10 books over 3 months back. They take forever to deliver the books. Out of the 10 books I got 2 books 20 days back. In addition to taking longer time to deliver, they sent me wrong book. They don’t have a customer service number. Only way to contact them is through email and they take nearly 10 days to reply. Kept waiting and writing to them about it and they kept giving reasons to not provide the book. Finally after more than 6 months of waiting, I requested for refund, which they initially denied. Hi, I have ordered Book box set worth Rs: 844/- in 16th September 2021 as a procurement title. For which they don’t have any inventory of that book. And It was listed in their website. It is December and I still haven’t received my order.
