Chapteronebookstores — Poor customer service

I have placed an order for 10 books over 3 months back. They take forever to deliver the books. Out of the 10 books I got 2 books 20 days back. In addition to taking longer time to deliver, they sent me wrong book. They don’t have a customer service number. Only way to contact them is through email and they take nearly 10 days to reply. They simply just sent me their address asking me to courier the book that they wrongfully sent, back to them. When I asked them about my refund they haven’t sent any reply. What guaranty do I have that they’ll refund me if I courier the book back to them that they wrongly sent me. I have been sending them emails regularly but they are not responding properly. They have neither refunded nor sent the book I ordered in spite of me Sending so many mails. After my experience I request the customers to not purchase from them. It is a complete waste of time and money.
