I have received a reply from them after 5 months and they have given me a deadline to reply. Moreover when I have already made it very clear in my complint that the doctors were not in uniform and also no name batch was there so why have I been sent a roster of all the employes for that day. I had been scratched by cat today (29/11/21) and I went to Dr. Ram Manohal Lohia hospital as it is near my house and they have major experience in handling such cases. I reached the emergency ward around 7.55pm and asked the staff for help..No nurse or doctor was ready to help and I was advised to wait till 8.30pm as the shift was about to change and they had already wrapped up their work at 8.
I waited outside and came in about 8.35pm....
