I have received a reply from them after 5 months and they have given me a deadline to reply. Moreover when I have already made it very clear in my complint that the doctors were not in uniform and also no name batch was there so why have I been sent a roster of all the employes for that day. How am I supposed to know the name of the doctor when they had no names on them. I had asked them to check the CCTV and then I can identify. But they are not interested to solve this matter and for sure management does not care about patients being ill treared by their doctors just because its a govt hospital.This is because of the attitute of the staff everybody is against govt organisations. Also there is no details in the letter sent indicating where to rep. Nobody picks up the ph on their landline no..and when they pick they deny to transfer to the greivance dept.
