Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital — Doctors misbehaviour and denial of duty in emergency ward

I had been scratched by cat today (29/11/21) and I went to Dr. Ram Manohal Lohia hospital as it is near my house and they have major experience in handling such cases. I reached the emergency ward around 7.55pm and asked the staff for help..No nurse or doctor was ready to help and I was advised to wait till 8.30pm as the shift was about to change and they had already wrapped up their work at 8.
I waited outside and came in about 8.35pm. I asked the nurse and she said it would b done only after 9 till then I need to show to the doctor and get it prescribed.I went to a male doctor sitting there and aaked him to check and he replied rudely go to the nurse. I told him that she is asking to get it prescribed and then she will inject at 9. The doctor waa not at all ready to check me and he started misbehaving and when I insisted he saw and said "dekh liya ab...ab kya karu ..kya chahte ho mere se". I told him he is a doctor and what does he mean by saying kya chahte ho mere se ..as if he doesnt know what is his work. The doctor waa very rude and started shouting. Other doctors also joined him and 1 of them started being very rude. He said agar 2 rupee ki b aukat hai to private me jao..yahan ku dhakke kha re ho and said many rude things and called the guard asking to throw me and my mother out.Who is he to tell any one about their aukat.He is a government servant and not a private doctor. He is there for the service of people and not to argue with people and show them their aukat.He is being paid by the government to misbehave with the people in pain.When he treated me like this then how the hell would he be treating the poor and uneducated people who go there for their treatment.He is a very unprofessional doctor who has no duty towards the people and has no basic ettiqutes to talk to a girl and a senior citizen lady(my mother).If he is not ready to abide by his duties so why is he there where some genuine and deserving doctor should b. We dont need doctors like him who dont do their duty and humiliate patients.He has no right and cader to be a doctor. The argument was heard by the CMO on duty also but she had no intervention to stop his staff. I was forced to move out of the room and I called on[protected] at 8.38 pm and asked where to complaint against the doc.I was then told that the CMO would be sitting there for complaints. i went to the CMO and she was also trying to ignore it and then asked me to write a complaint when i insisted that I have to make a complaint and I would not be going without that.Then I was not given and paper to write it and aslo she was not telling me the names of those 2 doctors. She said just write a complaint.She then took the 2 doctors in the room behind and after that thet were not there. As they didnt provide me with paper I waa not able to write a complaint and then the CMO told you can complaint on the website but when I saw there is no option for the same. I would be complaining the same to the MS when I have to go for the second dose.
