I ordered a Drink Prime water purifier which was delivered on 6th [Month]. I had assumed that the installation would happen the same day, but as I wasn’t home at the time, the delivery team simply dropped off the product and left without setting up an installation appointment.
I had to leave for my hometown for the next 3 days. During that time, the team attempted to call me, but I couldn’t answer. After returning, I reached out multiple times to the customer care helpline. Every time, I was told that they would arrange a call with the installation team — but to date, I have not received any such follow-up.
Even now, when I contact the helpline, I get the same response: "We will arrange a call." This has been going on for several days with no resolution.
I am highly disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope this issue gets escalated and resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
