We have bought one insurance plan from dymaje, dated 11-10-21 and order no. 94864, formy samsung M31 phone. The Invoice details clearly mentions the details of selected plan as –“ 100% refund on any damage ( physical, accidental, liquid) repair bill of one year”
And my reason also covers under accidental damage

In April 2021, I purchased mobile insurance covering screen/display for my brand new samsung galaxy A52.
In September 2021, my phone screen got damaged accidently and when I tried to raise claim, nobody is responding to my emails, message.
