Hi Team,

In April 2021, I purchased mobile insurance covering screen/display for my brand new samsung galaxy A52.
In September 2021, my phone screen got damaged accidently and when I tried to raise claim, nobody is responding to my emails, message.
Few days ago, DymajeCare team posted on their fb page, that now they are available on Whatsapp. When I tried reaching out to them, no response.
This seems to be a fraud company who are still selling mobile insurance plans but when customer raise any claim, they don't respond.

Same thing happened with me. details mentioned on Contact US page is not valid. Their number does not exist. Mailes sent to ids [protected]@dymaje.com/[protected]@dymaje.com get bounced. There is no option now to contact them. I also complained to NCH but they are not even responding to them. This case must be reported under cybercrime.
