Dear Sir,
I have purchased insurance plan for my mobile on 22nd March 2022 through their website https://dymaje.com. Since then there is no update whether my policy is active or not. I have been trying to contact them, mailed them but no one is answering or replying. I am begin to doubt that website is actual or just an fraud. On 5th of May'2022 my mobile also dropped and laquid damage has happened. I even then also tried to contact them but no one answered. Now I have repaired my mobile by myself paying Rs. 4250. Now I want Dymaje to settle this claim or refund my policy amount atleast.
