I filled a form of Rajasthan Assistant Professor using SSO ID. I did the payment on e mitra. Twice my payment was successful but didn't show on website so I had to do it third time. Third time finally it was successful on the website too but I didn't get the refund for first two times. Kindly help me to get my refund. Transaction ID for all the three payments are OP1570021, OP1569336, OP1568848...

Respected sir, i have recently applied for rajasthan's ass prof exam and i tried paying through phone pay upi as it is one of the options to pay on the gateway, my money was deducted but the form still shows that the transanction had failed. The upi transanction shows that it was duly recieved by the gateway company assigned by rpsc to collect fees. I am attaching the transanction number/token number. Please resolve and initiate the refund....
