I have purchased the membership of Easyday in February but after few days the store closed and changed to reliance smart store and they are denying to give the discount which i purchased earlier because the card belongs to easyday. Later i thought i can order online if store is closed, but online service is also closed. So what i am supposed to do now? Isn't it fraud? My 1000 rupees membership completely wasted.

Miscommunication - Wrong Information
I am regular customer of easyday and i am using easyday membership from 2019.
I have a concern now.
My Previous Easyday membership valid till 1st March 2022
But I renewed on February 18 2022 and now it shows my current validity till February 18 2023.
So my question is where is my 10 days ?
According to the staff it is automatically add 10 days more in the validity the time of renewal but it didn't happen.
Please help.

My mother went to easy day super market. They offered 50% off on products. My mom bought many things. After i check that how is it possible to give 50% off. And i check the expiry date. That all things have only few days to get expire. And some product got expired. Its big scam for innocent people.

First they will say take the membership and receive the cashback on milk purchase.
then in 2-3 days, they will say the cashback offer is now over and you can get the milk at discounted prices.
Then again in 2-3 days, they say discounted price offer is over, now buy at the MRP.
What is this scam? Why sell the membership in first place while luring the customer into cashback offer?

My Easy Day Club Card No.[protected] in the name of Aravind.K using more than 2 years.
Once we go for renewal of the Card you people explain about terms and conditions is must, they didn't tell anything simply ask him to renew.
Call Centre Team/Supporting Team very careless about customers talking very rudely, very much disappointed with your service, without alert to redeem the amount from my account and not explaining clearly.
Redeeming reward points not used but debited from my account without intimation is very much appreciated of your service.
Please do the needful.

Misbehavior Of Staff Member
Today I have visited Easyday Store In My City Malerkotla Punjab India There In Billing Queue Staff Member Was Doing bill of another person but the person was not in the queue so I thought he was free so I asked him to do my bill but he refused in very in very bad tone and told me to go in another queue but I asked him why you will not do my bill then he threatened me that should I bring my pistol

Hi, this is a complaint against the staff of your BSK 2 stage, Bangalore outlet (opp. Hari choultry).
The sales girl present today morning (13Sep 2021) has been very abusive and has behaved dangerously towards my wife (a senior citizen) around other customers present in the store.
The store manager was not available to provide assistance to resolve this inexcusable treatment. The language and the attitude of the sales girl has traumatized my wife and we are also considering approaching the police.
Please consider this as a formal complaint and I request you to take appropriate action against the sales girl immediately.
I will look forward to your immediate response and a call back on the provided number.
I also request you to escalate this issue to the appropriate manager in the next two days if a suitable resolution is not available.

Membership fooling

While selecting for membership I've not been informed about the cashback expiry each month but only the credit of my membership money as RS.200/-.
It got excited without using it. I've lost Rs. 800 in this case ( huge for me). I mailed the customer care. No good response on recredit from their side.

Refund of excess amount

I am a regular visitor to easy day store and have been facing a very unprofessional approach from their staffs for last 2 months at sector-93a, Noida.
You will agree with me all stores are facing stocks issue, i would say it has gone down by 50% when you compliant to store Manager, he avoids the question and sometime says speak to our head office or call our call centre.
2) Team is not cooperative at all or tell you whether the certain item is there or not, when it is likely to be expected.
3) 2 days back i had purchased some items from store and paid thru my PAYTM card . The money was debited from my account but not credited and i was asked to wait for 10 mts when there was no reply from staff for 20 mts about the transaction i had paid cash to him since i was getting late.
I was told sometime it happens and money will come to your account with in hour.
I am shocked when i called up store manager(Vikas) for my refund, he was taking very casually and asked me to meet at 1 pm at store. Moreover, he was talking rudely and telling me the process that it will take 14 days time to resolve the issue.
I am absolutely clueless whether i should forgo this amount or fight for my refund. It is not the question of amount but the approach of the store manager who was rude, unprofessional, not sharing the number of his senior etc.
Need your urgent intervention...Thanks

I ordered some groceries from easyday online app they promised to delivered by 27 April 2021 evening 10 pm but today it's 29 April 2021 till no response from easyday. I called to outlet but they don't have any information about the order. I called to customer care 5 times but every time new person took the call and after case study he replies we will do it fast but not any action from there side

I have paid 603.23 Rs for order No[protected]placed on 23 May 2020 which was delivered for lesser bill amounting Rs 317.70, remaining balance neithet refunded back to a/c (from which it is withdrawn) nor to my wallet till date.
1. The copy of bank statement indicating withdrawal of 603.23 and no credit of remaining amount (285.53)is enclosed here.
2. Screenshot of transaction indicating bill amount 603.23 before delivery and final delivery bill 317.70 is also enclosed here.
3. As per easy day refund policy refund is always done in futurepaywallet but till date it is neither done in my wallet nor account from which transaction done.

misleading behaviour

I am a regular costomer of easy day. Today I went to the easy day store at New officer colony branch patiala. Where your employee named sukhwinder deducted my 999 rs without telling me that this is the fees of the card. Total misleading me. When he again asked for 1892.70 rs for the grosery. I said what about the amount u have deducted. He said that was the fees of the card. I was in a hurry so your employee used my situation to cheat me off 999rs. This is a total misleading. Kindly give my rs999 back as neither I was interested in making any card nor am I. Otherwise I am gonna take the case to consumer forum. This is total cheating on the name of making the card. Easy day employee cheated on me.kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

I had purchased an gillette mach3 blades on dated 26/10/2019 vide memo number 0000507, but these blades are not working i had visited to return on 27/10/2019 but store was closed due to diwali and store representative assured me to come back again and they will exchange the same. Today i had visited easy day for exchange and they had straight forward denied to exchange and told that product is made by gillette and gillette is responsible, if gillette is responsible then why easyday is selling their product without ownership of customer grievance. Such an poor response and dissatisfied answer by easyday representative. Kindly take this further and provide me solution. If easyday is nt responsible then why we are going to purchase grocery from easyday

When i lodged the complaint the operator expressed inability to lodge full complaint because of limitation of words. Now while going through my phone i found my complaint has already been resolved without my satisfaction or express consent. Thanks to this callous attitude and intolerable behavior of easy day staff i have now decided to never ever again visit any of easy day store or its sister concerns. Though my complaint matrix will be religiously perused. I feel cheated and disgusted for having paid for easy day club membership.

Its now about 2 or more months ago. I purchased some items from easy day. When i asked to deduct money from my easy day wallet, they tried and said the server is down and its not possible now. When next day i went to shopping and asked for easyday wallet debit, they said no money is present in your wallet. Then i talked to the manager and he said it has been deducted by mistake. You just raise a complain and you will get your money back. I complained and they said it will be credited within a week. After a week i called, then he said withing two days and so on.
Its about 2 months or more now, not got my money till now. Its really disappointing how they treat customers.

I should have checked when the delivery boy came, but since this has never happened before, I just kept the goods without checking and checked it all just now.

Easyday offered to me if i as a member shopped rs.5000 in march month then compony gave me a duffle bag. But easy day did not gave me bag. And next month easyday also offered next item to shopping minimum rs 5000 then easyday compony provide a pan fry. Then i shopped rs 5000 but they did not provide. Recently i bought toor dal from easy day but toor dal is smelling like chemical and also not testy.

They offered a duffle bag on the minimum shopping of rs. 5000 and above in the month of march 2019 I complete the shopping they give me a bag on 6th june 2019 thy gave me a school bag instead of duffle bag. They are a big cheaters

Every month the easyday outlet have a scheme of an amount of rs.5000 get a gift etc. But they don't give it. Every time you demand they give u a fresh date 0f receiving saying very good quality do taking time. Since 2 months not received any gift.
Moreover they have a scheme of money payback on buying 1 little milk that also they give once in 3 days.

As per the scheme of march 2019, i was promised under the scheme that we will be provided with a bag for members who purchase more than 5, 000 in march that we did... But when i went today to claim it, we were told that my address is entered as prashant vihar. I have never told them this address while making the card and never bought anything from prashant vihar. We have been shopping from vikaspuri only. We have been cheated.
We don't know how they manipulated the address just before providing us the gift that we deserve.
Kindly look into the matter as this kind of fraud is not acceptable.
Also provide the information why this has happened as i am senior citizen and difficult to go at different places.

I am a senior citizen. The staff of Easyday at Tohana, Dist Fatehabad, Haryana is most inhospitable and insulting. They keep the AC'c switched off. Do the billing in a hep hazard manner and, if one complains, they simply tell you to go to hell.

phone numbers always off

I have taken membership of easyday (Model town-3). I was told that there will always be a free delivery of all the items. We just need to whatsapp or call on the number provided. But i have been trying that number for months and the number is always switched off. When i asked easyday people, they said that the mobile is not charged.
Could someone please look into this issue as i had taken the membership just to avail the ease of delivery??

I am regular customer of easy day last 7 years . I have purchased some food. Items like (milk, vegetables & cheese) I have tried so many times on their contact number but they aren't picking my phone. They didn't deliver my items timely. They have taken 2 days to deliver that itmes. All items are not detected . This is the one of the bad service provide by easy day sector 31 Faridabad. If I have purchased that items from local shop they timely delivere my items & give me best response.
