This is to inform you that i visited easyday store situated in dd puram bareilly. I am a regular customer of this store.
When i visited this store today being a 78 year old citizen it is quite difficult to catch up with little details of each and every discount, so i consulted to the service boy at the billing counter, instead of explaining to me the details he started misbehaving, speaking harshly, rudely all the other customers also watched this ill treatment of an elderly citizen in your esteemed store. He even threatened me to register his complain by pointing at the banner, this experience was very hurtful and i am very depressed because of this.
I am very big fan of bharti group, but this experience is not good... Like a very bad nightmare. Please do needful and take action

I had visited Easyday outlet in Sector 56 Gurugram about 2 months back. The Easyday staff sold to me a membership of Easyday promising lot of benefits - discounts & freebies on payment of Rs.1000/-. They made me believe it was attractive and made me subscribe to the membership. I was provided a membership card bearing Card No.[protected]. I was advised to present it at the counter of any Easyday outlet at the time of payment and get discounted prices/ discounts. Since then I have been visiting the outlet and I have been refused the benefits of the membership despite presenting the card on some ground like card is not activated, card is not getting recognised etc etc. It has been very frustrating and I believe I have been cheated. No good customer (a senior citizen should be put to such harassment as also embarrassment and hassle of getting into avoidable discussions/ arguments with the counter clerks/ sales persons.
I seek immediate refund of my money together with some compensation for all the harassment.

I bought catch cornd pow 09091000 @ 30% less on mrp but in the bill claimed full mrp Rs.65 from me invvoive no.[protected] dt.05.03.2018 time 20.13 store 3593 pos 2 empl guru trns 235234 as full mrp which is cheating with me. You are requested to look into the matter and assure me that not to repeat such incident in future.I am aregular customer.I am purchasing from easy day near about from two year ago.

regarding issue of savings club card
I have been issued savings club card by easyday kalka on pretext of so many attractive benefits in Rs 1000. Within 1 month of card issue this store is closed permanently resulting into loss of Rs 1000 to me. No help is being extended on phone stating that this scheme was non refunding nature. This is not my fault. I request either open this store or refund me my money back.

Dear sir/madam,
I want to say that i have purchased clmt pehnyl 2.1 kg from easyday store narwana. It is in the scheme. When i reached the home then i saw there is leakage in it. Bag was sealed packed. When i went there for exchange they said u will come at 2:00 o'clock because they said that the staff is not there. When i went there after 2:00 p. M. Then they said that we are responsible for this thing. You have to take the action on that thing. If you dont take on it then i will appeal to consumer court. I am waiting for ur reply as earlier.

I visit ur easyday store and purchase a tasty treat biscuits.But its smelled.Next day i meet your easyday employee.But he misguiding me.After 2 day later i complaint customer care [protected] in this no.But he do not take a action about it

Excess charged misbehaviour on complaint. Said " mere yahan itna hi lagta hai.
I have purchased a dhara mustard oil from easy outlet at b-5, opp bhagat singh park, yamuna vihar, delhi vide cash memo no 3030 dt 17.10.2016. They have charged rs.172.00 for dhara mustard oil. I have complained the same very next day and requested him to rectify the same. But they have replied me that price is correct. I have told him that same is available in reliance fresh for rs.107.00 only. So this is a big gap kindly check the same. They donot bothered and replied that it is our price. Then i went to another easyday outlet and purchased the same for rs.122.00. I went back to previous outlet and showd him the latest bill but he replied " mere pass 172.00 hi hai isliye itna hi lagega.

I had purchased Karbonn Kphone1 mobile from easyday on 18th September 2013. At the time of purchase they told me it is covered under 1 year warranty and if any problem arises they will exchange or get it repaired. My mobile got problem on 22nd October 2013. Same day i visited their store they told me that concerned guy will work from 02:00PM to 11:00PM and today he went out for some other urgent work. So he requested to come on next day. Again I visited on 23rd October 2013 at around 07:00PM and met Mr. Prashanth, Floor Manager of Electronic Goods. He said they wont do any service or repair for that mobile. I has to visit Jayanagar karbonn service center. Again I met Mr. Raghavendra, Store Manager he also conveyed the same. I don't understand if I buy any mobile from other shop they will take it and forward to the customer center. But in Easyday they are not bothered about the customer they are only concerned about the sales. I told them that is their responsibility to send the mobile to service center but strictly they disagrees. They are only concerned about the sales. I told them that I will take action through consumer court. They told me that I can go ahead. But they are not bothered about service. They are only concerned about sales.

I am arpit nagpal from abohar , punjab. contact number is [protected].i am filling this form up to complaint about our easyday store manager mr.mahaveer verma. he is been no giving the correct information asked to him. he is neither providing the consumer beneficial services/products. i asked him about the whole lot package of softdrink (mirinda pepsi) but he denied to have it with him,however in actual the stock was there,and when i asked him about that he said that it belongs to anyother customer , but other members of store told me that he only provides them to his known. pls sort this matter out as soon as possible.

Rude behaviour of your employee

I was shocked to see the rude behaviour of one of your employees for the first time. I am a regular customer of easy-day and most of your staff knows me as they get to see me twice a month. My purchases every month are of about Rs.10000/- from your store. Today after making my purchases as usual at the counter itself the person at the counter put my purchases in the trolley as he knew that I take the trolley up-to my car to unload my buy. To get to my car which was about 40 feet from the door of your store one has to climb down about 5 steps, so I asked one of your employee to help me with the trolley and this guy very rudely said "apne ghar se bag laya karo" the other staff heard this guy saying this and two of your staff members immediately came out of the store to help me with the trolley and apologised for the rude behaviour of one of their mates. My request to you is to look into this matter and kindly don't employ such constipated people in your store. Such people would give only bad name to your store.

Today I went to purchase cups on discount from easyday store at mahagun vaishali ghaziabad for my staff. I wanted to purchase around 72 soup cups for my staff of 12 @6 cups each. I was stopped and easyday people did not bill it, they said that they will bill only four cups each in one bill. then I called all the staff to get it billed but when they saw our people they said that they will make only 6 bills.
1. If the are restricting the customer in purchasing the no of items on discount, than it becomes their duty to mention it.
2. Can a store legally refuse a customer anything on sale when the customer is ready to pay legally. If yes than at every item it should be mentioned that each customer can buy the mentioned no. of pieces.
3 If their is a restriction of no. of pieces each customer can buy than in dewali season also retail stores should be restricted to sale the no. of pieces.
4.It is a direct insult to the Customer and consumer rights.
5. My rights to purchase is violated.
6. In my own country I am stopped form purchasing goods.

I RHITIK BANSAL IS A REGULAR COSTUMER OF EASY DAY AT MANDI DABWALI,HARYANA FROM AT LEAST ONE AND A HALF YEAR.SERVICE PROVIDED WAS VERY GOOD .BUT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS DUE TO TRANSFER OF 2 OF THEIR HELP MANAGERS.SERVICE RENDERED IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY .THEIR NEW HELP MANAGER WAS ABSENT ON THE DAYS I WENT FOR PURCHASING. THERE WAS SHORT OF ALMOST ALL THE GOODS. ALSO THERE WERE ONLY TO ATTENDANTS PROVIDED TO SO MANY COSTUMERS. EVERY MONTH MY PURCHASE IS OF ABOUT 10000 RUPEES. exchange the shirt

I have been a customer of your stores and received great services at your mart but recently i encountered some really poor customer service.
On 08-March-2012 I bought a Belmonte shirt of size 38 having item code[protected] and price 1,295 at Easyday market Mysore.
At that time there was 50% discount on that day and.an Easyday’s sale staff didn't allow me to trial the shirt.
On 14-April-2012 when i went to exchange to size 40 having same price (1,295/-) color and pattern.
The service boy named Mr. Maqsood(mobile no. [protected]) presented on customer care counter refused my request without giving any suitable reason.
I tried to convince him for 2hours while my 11month old daughter was crying like anything by saying that I came just to get next size of shirt nothing more (which looks to me that this is very common in merchandiser sale).
I am really upset with this bitter experience.
To resolve the problem i require you to take some action against customer care service boy.
i look forward to hearing from you.

The awefull behavior of the Person at Billing Counter at easyday centre at shimlapuri in Ludhiana.(In the consumer complaints these people does not know if there is such city.)
My bill was >Rs.2300 and the person packed in 5-6 little Polythene Packs saying each costing Rs. 3/-. I told my car is outside( outside means just 40 feets from the counter)) and come, I will return these bags(As all of learned intellectuals know this is the biggest fraud all such companies are doing to consumers, same bags, now an income source of Crores.).
But surprisingly, the boy started throwing every thing in the trolly from the bags to the Trolly. This is too much. Actually I decided to go without anything but since my family spent so much time , I paid the Bill.
Anyway just check, Non Veg section was stinking today and the consumers was unconfortable.
NOW MYSELF ALONG WITH MY MORE THAN 200 LOCAL FRIENDS HAS JUST NOW DECIDED NEVER TO SHOP IN EASYDAY AND MORE WILL BE FOLOWING>

very co-operative staff of the easy day Pathankot. It is human nature vary from person to person. I think " main nahin chang, bura nahin koye" is more practicable in these days. I bought a jar of jam some days ago. when reached home, I saw it was torn within inside. when I went back, they allowed me to return without saying a single word. then how can I say that the staff is bad.

WHEN CASH AT COUNTER WAS TALLIED IT DID NOT TALLY IT WAS EVEN LESS BY RS245. WHICH PROVED THAT THE CASH TALLYING EXERCISE AT WAS WRONG AND HAD FLAWS.
I HAVE LEFT REQUEST WITH MANAGER TO SEE CCTV FOOTAGE AND LEFT MY MOBILE NO TO CALL LATER.

Rude Behaviour

I have visted on 8th March 2011 Easyday outlet in Shopprix Mall, sector -61, Noida to exchange a pack o[censored]ndergarments purchased on 2.03.2011 as I was hand over a wrong size pack by their executive & when i complaint in this visit & demanded for the exchange they refuse to listen & told me that they have mentioned no exchange for this item. They pointed to the tag which was put on the top most rack where it was not even visible.. The Store In charge was very rude & I told him I understand you cannot exchange but you must first check the pack which is still not opened & you must display the NO EXCHANGE TAG at the right place & make sure your team person should be appointed for this rack who can handover the right sizes & convey your policies.
I left the pack on their counter as it is as I was shocked to see their rude attitude towards me & left the store feeling humiliated.
Looking forward for prompt action for the managing authority.

allowance on purchase of goods

As the product price is low by the company,but the easyday staff doesn't allow to purchase those products and they have kept them for sale.
they think of the profit of their staff and doesn"t serve the people demand.
some staff members rudely behave with the customers.moreover they have stopped customer to buy certain products.they allow only buying of one piece of product whose rate has been already lowered by the company.
certain action should b taken against staff,$ should allow customers to purchase goods according to their needs,or simply easyday should b closed if it doesn"t serve people demand.
we request u to allow people to purchase goods in bulk,their should b no restrictions on customersregarding purchase of goods, staff should think for customers otherwise customers have better options like big bazar ,reliance,more etc.rather den eayday....

we request u to allow people to purchase goods in bulk,their should b no restrictions on customersregarding purchase of goods, staff should think for customers otherwise customers have better options like big bazar ,reliance,more etc.rather den eayday....

i also agreethat easyday should serve customers..i malso facing the same problem, staff members talk rudely and doesn"t allow us to purchase costmetics such as soaps, shampoos, surf etc..
plz allow us to purchase products in bulk.

Unmanaged Brand Marketing
Brand Easy Day joint venture of walmart & Bharti seems taking Indian market lightly to even endorse their brand, customer reach as well as brand marketing strategy.
One of the incident taht I got to know internally:
Easy Day is circulating about 14000 pamphlet per day in SANGRUR city in Punjab State without even being noticing, how many actually are being sent out to people.
Truth is: The dealer handling this job, has a capacity of 5000 newpapers in the city so only 5000 pamphlets are being circulated in a day and rest 9000 (14K-5K) are being sold as trash.
My concern is if EASY DAY can give contract to genuine person then it can save a lot of money that in turns come to us as discounts on purchase along with better service.
Hope they will work on priority for better service.
