I have very bad experience with eclat infotech pvt ltd indore, this company has no policy and changes his policy again and again according to there convenience, and pressurized his employee.
The director of eclat infotech want that every employee has to work for company for all 24 hour .
They are treating employee like a labor no respect for employee.

i have very bad experience with eclat infotech pvt ltd indore, they are treating employee like animals they have operating company in a very small house and there in no management of work.There is no policies for employee they are expecting only work from employee.They want that every employee work for him for 24 hour and they are not paid for extra hour work .Many times employee has to work for whole night.
