Truly saying...Edelweiss is lire and cheater...
Buying this insurance is waste of money...
I made claim in edelweiss trough portal 4-Nov-15 (CLM0011915) and submitted all documents along with handset on 24-Nov-15.
These people commit execution of claim in 20 working days. Not single communication received yet. When called to customer care ([protected]), People are asking to wait few more days and not responding to any mails.

Its been 15 days since I have applied for claim and submitted all the required documents as per your terms.
Please do make me update as if when and HOW MUCH MORE TIME I WILL BE THEIR WITHOUT MY 15000/- ANDROID DEVICE???
I do have patience if company is interactive with me.
However, it seems Company is not at all interested in my device.
If it is possible, please provide me with cash for the claim else return my device ASAP...
