I work with egrove systems for more than year and left the company because of management and xavier torture. They will not let anyone to relieve smoothly and they will make notice period employee to beg for their relieving papers, settlement and threaten using background verification. My relieving also was not a smooth one. I had three relieving dates. Was tortured during my exit. Employees are treated to be as their slaves and should work...

I worked here more than years and didn't treat me as like that. Even they didn't give much importance to me. They didn't consider me when i leave the company. And they will never provide extra salary for working extra time. Don't ever join this company in your life. And they really treat employees as slaves and they will not provide the proper salary to employees. During the notice period, they will torture more and they are really cunning....
