The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi All
Erect pro is FAKE and FRAUD Company only.
They send fake mail saying that refund initiated but no money is credited its Been 15days for thier mail.
No bank will delay thier transactions more than 15days in India.
Everyday I'm following up with them no response from 15days.
I have shared a post in LinkedIn also.
Please report both Charan and Dharani D Ids as fake n fraud.br...

They send me a request the linkedin introducing about a SAP training Institute. and i requested for a training and they gave me one conference call with the training with name ajay sherma. he send me a linked profile also. so i confirmed them for a training. after some time they send me a payment link and i paid them. after that they are not replying to the whatsapp number. when i call that number it is out of network....
