I have ordered a lehenga from Ethnic roop and received some low-quality cheap dress. It is not matching with the design or even color.

This people not responding to email, call or even Instagram DM.

They just sent me some piece of garbage without duppata.

They are FRAUDS...

This clothing company is totally fraud they are not refunding my money after returning the amount and blocked me....

I ordered a saree from online store Ethnic Roop which was delivered on 08.02.21. There was difference in the displayed picture on the website and the actual item sent to us. So we ordered its return and refund of our money which is Rs.1699. This amount was paid as Cash on Delivery.

The company has asked us to return the item at our cost and also with a condition that it should reach them within five days of the delivery date....
