Ethnic Roop — Refund related issue

मैंने दिनांक 8.04.2022 को Ethnic Roop site से sarara suit order किया था, product quality खराब होने के कारण दिनांक 14.04.2022 को DTDC company द्वारा suit को return कर दिया I on time मेरा product 4 दिन के अंदर deliver भी हो गया परंतु 45 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी मेरा refund मुझे नही मिला है I Ethnic Roop site में उपलब्ध मो. NO. से contact करने पर company द्वारा जो भी information/ paper मांगा गया मैंने सब उपलब्ध कराया लेकिन फिर भी उनके द्वारा कोई भी प्रतिक्रिया नही की जा रही है I अब तो उनसे संपर्क भी नही हो पा रहा है I Ethnic Roop वाले न तो call receive करते है और न ही whatsapp msg का जवाब देते है I कृपया मेरा refund मुझे दिलाया जाये I मेरा order id #199283 एंव Awb no.
