I had worked with expertus infotech PVT LTD past 9 yrs and have resigned before 2 yrs back but still they have not settled my gratuity
Payment. But still they company going well but they have delaying and no response reply from concern official. Recently they have shifted officce and also have changed company also.

I have been worked more than 9 yrs in this company Expertus infotech pvt ltd, dowleth tower, 5th floor, 63 teylores road, kilpauk, chennai, i have joined here 2006 to resigned on jan 2015, more than nearly 17 months gone, pending about my TDs which is deducted from my salary but not paid yet, and my form16 not issued yet, and my gratuity more than 9 yrs have worked, not settled yet. all those are statutory issues but still they how managed...
