This is the complaint regarding a furniture factory opened in Gali No. 9, Shiv Vihar, Nilothi 110041.
Factory was opened approximately 4 months ago. Since then people are facing issues with health. As the factory emites lot of poison gases and also discard wate on the streets. Initially people tried to convince owner. However he didn't listen. Later residents also try to file complaint to the police station and also went to Ms. Babina Shokeen ( MCD election winner of the area). However nobody helped. We request you to kindly look into the matter.

I ordered a product "Facial Pore Cleaner Skin cleaner " from an online shopping site 'Factory' on 2 ND October 2020 and it was delivered to me on 6 th October 2020. My order number was "ORDER AF121493" and its delivery partner 'Delhivery tracking number was[protected].
The product I got is totally duplicate / different from what they showed in the pic.It is not working at all and so I raised the return on 06 th October 2020 .During shopping they were claiming for easy and quick refund of money and return of product but after 4 days of my return request they are not providing return facility . I have e mailed them 4 times regarding my problem and also mentioned to lodge complaint to consumer forum but still there is no reply from their side . It's totally fraud .How can any shopping website can turn deaf ear to consumers ? I want my money back RS 1295 /-and strict action against this cheat site .I will add the screen shot of the details of their returning policy .

I am a resident of "shadra" colony. There is a factory (1/9608 b west rohtas nagar bahel gali 4 shadra delhi 32) operating in this residential area since a long time and creates noise and air pollution all time. The machines used in factories make noise throughout the day, and this disturbs the peaceful atmosphere in the vicinity, as machines used without proper covering lead to sound pollution. This puts heavy mental strain on the people staying in the nearby areas. Noise is the most pervasive pollution in this area &. Please take the necessary action asap.

An unauthorised factory runing in residential area and also i dont know who has given the license to the owner of the factory to run the illegal factory. Factory address is wz 3rd B 71 vishnu garden new delhi 18.. they have installed heavy machines like hydraulic press laithe machines which provides lots of noise ... We have also post complaint to different departments like . Commissioner of industry, delhi police head quarter, raj niwas and NGT also but no response from any side ...pls do take action immediately ...because in our home there is a heart patient that person is in trouble.. i will wait for ur response thnks

Sir/madam It is a matter of deep concern that some illegal factory is operating in our area and releases harmful toxic gases in the environment which caused air pollution as well as noise pollution in our area. People complain many times but no action has been taken. The factory owner carried out it activities from the past 15 years, many old people in our society faces breathing problem and it increases their problem. The address of the factory is 10/36 subhash nagar, New delhi-110027. The higher authority also offer him a land in bavana but still he doesn't move from here. Kindly take action on this issue. I hope you will do justice with the life of innocent people and kindly don't disclose my identity it's a request Thanking you Yours sincerely.

Sir. i want to complaint about a factoy near my house. lot of disturbance is produced by running machines causing my whole house shivers like there is earthquake and noice is very loud at night results we are not able to sleep whole night. this creats lot of mentaly disturbance to me and my family. my house walls are cracked roof also cracked due to this . i have complainted to owner but no result . now he is expandid factory. kindly solve my problem thanx. jagdish singh karampura, gali no 6 ,fatehgarh churian road ,opp patrol pump amritsar. mobile ... with due respect sir I am live in E-block of krishan vihar near laxmi dairy actually the problem is that there are 2 -3 factory's running in our gali(street) without any permission of any authority people established factory in there house which cause lots of noise in day time as well as night one of factory owner (address:E-161 hari om sharma)run his factory 24x7 and cause so noise even we can't sleep and study over night i told him lots of time not to run his factory in night but there is no response from him please help me in sorting this problem .I dont want to reaveal my identity iam a student dont why any of person still lodge any complaint.
I hope you send some officer to visit the area and issue notices to them to shift there factory from residential area to factory area.

I want your guidance regarding complaint against cloth factory running in a complete residential area.This factory creates headache as they work from 8 in the morning to late night.Factory workers are all the time in balcony and see whats going on other house. Kindly assist me by telling where should i complaint whether it is online complaint or to some officer.Hope for a positive reaction.

WZ - 102 , Guru nanak nagar (near sahib pura ) Street no. - 11 , New Delhi 110018. Kindly take an immidiate action to stop commercial activity in the residential building since it causes nuisance for all us residents.

this is to inform u that mr Ramchandar s/o Lt. sh Mahander singh parjapati is using the electric supply illegally in the residencial area. In the night time he use to run the machines directly on theft . all the neighbours are suffering this problem when he runs his machines there are a lot of jerks in lights some ofour appliances are going to burn.
pls do the needfull action to cure the problem.

Subject: Running Illegal Namkin Factory in residential area on IIIrd floor without obtaining license or in contravention of the terms and condition of the license.

Sir,

The owner and occupant of IIIrd Floor, at MB-45, Master Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 has started a huge Factory covering the entire IIIrd Floor of about 100 sq.ft. And has been making of namkins, packing with heavy machine, polluted air, sound pollution without any license/permission form your office and in violation of the conditions of license. The said usage is also in violation of the building bye laws.


Sir, it has also come to our notice that the said Namkin factory owner is not registered with the shop and establishment nor he has taken any kind of permission from the fire department/MCD and DDA before the establishment of the said factory. The East Delhi Police are also visiting the said factory owner and the risk of loosing their life. I request to you sir please seal this factory and save our life.


In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the misused of the said floor till proper license/permissions are obtained from the competent authorities.
