FACTORY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA Complaints & Reviews

Sir,

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories that are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavorable for human being to live in an environment of piece. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, i am a resident of Azhagar Salai. I am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential because i am a resident of this area and i may have quarrel with the concerned people if i expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factories (3rd street ext end ) are working freely, always running bore well motor and getting hard noisy, so much of bore water issuing for the company, other residential peopel getting shortage of water . These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of the factory as the workers in the factor work till 10:00 midnight. As the factory is situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and using abusing language The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. While working during the day and night these workers listen to fm radio and tape recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. Also the harmful smoke of that emerges out from the welding machines and paints makes the environment contaminated. So we the people can not tolerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such un-authorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

We are facing the problem with garments manufacturing factory in our residential area west kanti nagar gali no 9 they used to work day and night I m

sir/madam,
We are residents of village Ranhoula and we are writing this mail regarding air pollution in our area due to a plastic factory.The factory produces a huge amount of smoke and pollutants for almost 24 hrs by burning old tyres and scrap plastic which has led to many breathing and other diseases in the people residing nearby it,due to the smoke and odour coming out of the factory,most of the old ageds and children are becoming serious victims of asthmatic and bronchitis problems.It not only have bad affects on human health but also leads to destruction of our vegetation and plants due which is cutting out our oxygen content from environment as well as entering our food chain leading to more serious problems.
Even the area S.D.M is also involved in the continuous working of this factory and is not taking any strict actions regarding protection of human health and environment.
This is in great concern that even rural areas are not left from the affects of pollution.These factories are run under Mr.Chandroop s/o govardhan (address: chandroop,main bus stand,Ranhoula near government school ,delhi-41).

I, Smt. Shobha Rani Chopra wife of Shri Balraj Chopra, aged 70 years, am living in property No. B-56, Jangpura-B, New Delhi-14 alongwith my husband who is above 80 years of age. That one Sh. Ashok Kalra resident of B-80 Jangpura B is in occupation of two L&DO allotted tenaments / Flats bearing No. B-51 and B-91 Jangpura-B, New Delhi -110014. The said Shri Ashok Kalra has employed more than 30-35 labour to make packing boxes and chemical adhesives to do such packing business. The said labour create lot of nuisance / public nuisance and often makes filthy abuses and indulge in quarrels. The said labour keeps commuting between these two factories (B-51 and B-91 Jangpura-B) and make lot of noise thereby making the peaceful living of the residents disturbed and impossible.

I have made requests to Shri Ahsok Kalra to stop the nuisance but the said Shri Ashok Kalra has been extending life threats to my family members. He is also trying to tress pass into the common areas meant for parking of vehicles. His labour roams freely in groups and occupy the park meant for the residents infront of our house and they keep peeping in the houses thereby spoiling the atmosphere. The labourers also smoke and drink in public which is bound to adversely affect the children and society. The flats are meant for residence only but the commercial as well as industrial use and illegal activities in the two flats mentioned above is posing a great threat to the life and security of senior citizens in the area and specially in the day time when our children are away to work .

The said Sh. Ashok Kalra has been threatening me and family members of false implication in false cases so as to prevent us from complaining against the wrongful and illegal activities and nuisance being created by him and his workers /employees. Sh. Ashok Kalra is also threatening to illegally tress pass the common area meant for public passages and utility and also the park for use of the senior citizens. Sh. Ashok Kalra and his workers are habitually intimidating the local residents and children by show of force and violence and there is affray. The workers bath in public and make public toileting and littering making the environment unhealthy and polluted.

You are therefore requested to take the necessary action against Shri Ashok Kalra and his workers in accordance with the provision of Delhi Police Act and Indian Penal Code and provide safety and security to our life and property.
