[Order #FC010318] I received a different product, I attached image of it. I want refund for it in bank account....

Today I have received order from a company named faded closet from which i have ordered 3 night suits. When i opened the package i have found that the contents were some dark pants and the company has not provided me with any phone number and they are not responding to my mails. I have a paid an amount of 1697 rupees. I have no clue on how to get a refund . kindly look into this...
