I ordered three piece sets from faded closet with an amount of Rs 1298. I got to know about the company through Instagram. However I recieved a black trouser in place of the original order. I have tried to contact them through their site. Raised an issue for the exchange of my product, raised a query if they can refund, mailed on the given mail id and resend mails for not replying back. But I didn't get any kind of revert from Faded closet.
Now I don't know where else to file a complaint or contact for my money. Was this information helpful? |
