I ordered three piece sets from faded closet with an amount of Rs 1298. I got to know about the company through Instagram. However I have received a black trouser instead. I have tried to contact them through the mentioned option on the site. I have tried to request for an exchange, I have tried to raise a query if they can refund my money, I have mailed them on the provided mail id and then I resent mails for not replying. And yet there is no response from the company.
