I ordered I gear crystal LED display earbuds noise cancellation touch control free silicone cover neon green but received wrong product i.e. face massager ice roller

Item not returning at counter.. Money taken at counter... And not be having well at counter with the customer...

Often easy to pick up products that don't match the list. I ordered a lasagna with macaroni cream cheese, what did you put on it? Spicy macaroni, usually the easiest.

I have the bad experience with the workers at this Familymart branch FamilyMart Danau Niaga (No. 6, Plaza Usahawan Genting Klang (Plaza Crystalville, Jalan Danau Niaga, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur) on 6 May 10.30pm. The two malay guy worker only opened one counter even when so many customers are queing up there! One at the counter and another one walking in and out of the shops like nothing to do! (Please check the cctv!)

I waited 30 minutes to pay! Wtf?! This is still fine, when it's my turn and finish paid I asked him to heat my food. Then the oven rang and my food is ready but the other worker(thin size) was washing something there and no one take the food for me after waited for sometime. So I just keep ringing the bell and something even bad happened. The worker (Fat) told me rudely that he's having customer and asked me to wait. I just said 'hello! Saya sudah tunggu 30 minit!' He dare to answer me 'apa saya boleh buat, tunngu je lah!' shouted to me angrily.

So this is how Familymart train your workers to treat customer like this way? Super worst and rude staffs like kurang ajar! Btw, there are alot of reviews about your rude stuff in alot of branches. Pls take action or else I will viral it online! No more visits there!

I would like to make a complaint about the worker attitude in FamilyMart Danau Niaga (No. 6, Plaza Usahawan Genting Klang (Plaza Crystalville, Jalan Danau Niaga, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur). On 30 April, I went to there buy some bread and then queued up at the counter. The staff there are busy with other things most of the time, and when they see a full line of customers they tell them to wait. After that, they choose to take care of other things such as cleaning the cookware, taking out ingredients from the refrigerator to replenish them, etc. I have seen all of the above with my own eyes and this is not the first time I have seen this. As there were many customers in front of the counter, a lady standing behind me choose to go to the left counter to pay money but was told that this counter was not available for pay. After a while, an older man walked up to the counter to pay, and the cashier was able to do it for him. The lady then asked the employee why she was told she could not pay when someone else came up and helped the customer. The lady then chose to leave the items in anger because of the employee's displeasure, and said, "I can't buy it even if I have money" before leaving. The above is what I experienced when I visited the store on that day, when encountered a customer who came to pay but made the customers choose to wait for a long time. The second problem was that the customer went to the cashier to pay but was refused because of the reason that they were too busy. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

A staff there male, with glasses. Sold a coffee latte while waiting for the coffee machine to complete it's thing. The mentioned staff sneezed twice. Even with masks on but his hands touched the masks. After that continues to pack my order and pass it to me. I was stunned and just got out of the store and threw it away later.

Date of visit Malaysia time: 28 April 2021 somewhere around 9pm.

I have no intention to complaint, but this requires attention as they are handling foods/drinks for people. At least have his hand washed / sanitize first before continuing, it's common sense at times like these.

By the way Family Mart's Japanese Pan Cheese Bun is delicious 👍👍👍

I went to the family mart on deping road near pudong avenue in shanghai with my girlfriend. The clerk recognized me and said to my girlfriend that i buy a lot of alcohol and he asked why i wasn't buying alcohol at that time.

That is so # up! An employee at a store has no business talking about a customer's purchases, and he really has no business talking about a customer's purchases with said customer's girlfriend.

I hope that family mart will talk with their employees in china about customer privacy. Until then, i will no longer shop there.

Dear Consumer, Be aware of "Family Mart" which is located No: 66, Josier Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034. They will add not purchased items to your bill, while they have billed. Most of the consumers are not aware at the time of billing, but while check at home. If you are plan to buy many things from them, they will plan to add many non-purchase things to your bill. And, They will charge Rs. 2/- for plastic bag, that's not an issue. When checked your bill, they will add Rs. 32/- for than they will discount Rs. 30/- at your bill. Finally they print the message at the bottom of the bill they printed: Today's saving Amount: Rs. 30.00 I Will attach the bill FYI. Don't Buy Anything from That Cheaters...!!!
