Item not returning at counter.. Money taken at counter... And not be having well at counter with the customer......

I have the bad experience with the workers at this Familymart branch FamilyMart Danau Niaga (No. 6, Plaza Usahawan Genting Klang (Plaza Crystalville, Jalan Danau Niaga, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur) on 6 May 10.30pm. I would like to make a complaint about the worker attitude in FamilyMart Danau Niaga (No. 6, Plaza Usahawan Genting Klang (Plaza Crystalville, Jalan Danau Niaga, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur). A staff there male, with glasses. Sold a coffee latte while waiting for the coffee machine to complete it's thing. The mentioned staff sneezed twice. Even with masks on but his hands touched the masks. After that continues to pack my order and pass it to me. I was stunned and just got out of the store and threw it away later.
