Flipkart And Idfc First Bank Complaints & Reviews

I have already paid my due (Flipkart Pay later) amount on 15 October but till now it seems to be unpaid and that case my CIVIL score is affecting continuously. I contacted IDFC First Bank so many times but till now they don't respond me and that why I take this step.so sir if you kindly take your mighty pen to solve my problem as soon as possible then I shall be highly obliged to you.
