Team, I have ordered a medicine on 28th May 2023 and got delivery on 31st May 2023 but with an incorrect invoice i.e patient name and doctor name is not as per the prescription provided so raised a complaint with customer care to provide updated invoice with correct patient name and doctor name but as a solution they told me can't provide the updated invoice as per the policy and denied the request.

But as i need to submit...

Sir I am Sanjoy a 75% disabled person depending mostly on online shopping i ordered some medicine from Flipkart health+ on 22/12/2022 having order number [protected] but i received defective and expired medicine so immediately i requested for reverse pickup but they are not arranging a reverse pickup yet please help me to get my hard earned money i am a poor handicapped man....

On this platform shown that my order is deliverd on 13/07/2022 but i didn't get my order. i complained this issue on flipkart health plus coustomer care continue 4 days, but my issue was not resolved...

I was order econorm capsule 1 strip of 6 capsule but i received only 1 single capsule, i was complaint to customer care team, email photo of medicine, order details, but still not pickup return and not refund me....
