Team, I have ordered a medicine on 28th May 2023 and got delivery on 31st May 2023 but with an incorrect invoice i.e patient name and doctor name is not as per the prescription provided so raised a complaint with customer care to provide updated invoice with correct patient name and doctor name but as a solution they told me can't provide the updated invoice as per the policy and denied the request.
But as i need to submit it to insurance company for claim settlement it is important to have correct bill with correct details but here even though provided correct prescription I didnt get correct invoice and as a solution i want correct one.
I ordered one more bunch of medicine and having same problem but as its not consumed so i returned it but what about the invoice for the consumed medicine.
