Flipkart Health+ — Received expired medicine

Sir I am Sanjoy a 75% disabled person depending mostly on online shopping i ordered some medicine from Flipkart health+ on 22/12/2022 having order number [protected] but i received defective and expired medicine so immediately i requested for reverse pickup but they are not arranging a reverse pickup yet please help me to get my hard earned money i am a poor handicapped man.
