Hi can someone help we have a membership and suddenly the website is not serviceable...

I have taken the membership for domestic and international bookings for all seasons during 2022.
During meeting i was promised by the sales executives that no matter what we will provide you with either 4 star or 5 star accomodation during anytime of the year. In my contract also it is mentioned that i am eligible for all season bookings.
So i planned a kerela trip from 24 dec 2022 to 30 dec 2022 and requested for the bookings...

I don't agree.
Very very poor service
I requested you from last 55 days for booking rooms in Singapore, but you can’t booked, where is your service, if you can not serve the member, plz return our money back with interest. At the time of booking your sales team told us you booked for Singapore no issue, Singapore our company provide the rooms, then in 55 days you can not provide single room for your member, very very poor...

Due to wrong information and wrong commitments given at the time of enrollment of membership by FPV representatives Mr. Gaurav Agarwal (Sales Representative) and Mr. Anuj (Sales Representative) on 30-Aug-2021. And bad services in very first stay in Udaipur.

Request you to please refund my money INR 156, 300/- (148, 000 membership + 8, 300 AMC for first year) for this membership in the account below mentioned.

He has switched off his mobile. The company is fraud, they will make high end fake promises and compel you to buy the membership (equivalent to 3500 INR per night with breakfast) and after becoming a member when u ask for bookings, they will book rooms which are available online @[protected] INR with breakfast that too in the locations which u dont want to go to. and then u wonder y u gave so much money to become a member. all the luxury properties which they showcase on...
