Fraudulent Transactions and no support,

I transacted on a merchant's website on 23 July 2022, which failed and did another transaction. I was charged twice by OneCard even after the merchant confirmed that the money is now completely refunded. I checked and had to pay the bill for 2 transactions. OneCard did not respond to me and simple closed the ticket on their own. They even removed the transaction and I can't see it in my history anymore. I have now no proof of that transaction...

This is regarding the referral program of ONE CARD by FPL Technologies.
I applied for ONE CARD from the one card app on play store. Their was an offer going on that if I refer someone to get one card via my link and he/she applies for it then I will be getting 2000 points and a Rs. 500 amazon voucher per referral.
I referred the card to my father(BHUPENDRA SACHDEVA) and brother(DIVYAM SACHDEVA) and they both applied for it.
First of all I didn't received the points, I mailed them, raised tickets and received 4000 points for my 2 referrals and I was told that I will receive the vouchers on or before 15 feb 2022.(screenshot proof attached)
After 15 feb 2022 when I asked them for my vouchers, they asked me to send the proof that I referred them.
In proof they asked me to send the screenshot of the chat in which I referred them.(screenshot attached)
now who keeps 2-3 months old chat.
then also I was having one of the chat so I send them the screenshot but then also they didn't send me the vouchers.
In their own app I can clearly see to whom I have referred.
I am able to see both my referral name clearly.
I sent them that picture also but then also they didn't send the amazon vouchers.
IF I CAN SEE THEM IN MY REFERRAL AND I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED HALF OF THE REWARDS i.e MY REWARD POINTS AND I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT MY VOUCHER WILL BE CREDITED, WHICH SURELY PROVES I REFERRED THEM.THEN WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING A SILLY PROOF 2 MONTHS LATER THAT IN 99% CASES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE WITH THE CUSTOMER. IT IS JUST A WAY TO ESCAPE.
And now they are not even replying to my email.
Please look into the issue and provide solution as soon as possible.

    I have applied for OneCard Credit Card they claim to give within 3 minutes. I have filled in the application and got the partial approval just kyc was pending I completed the KYC same day, the Officer informed me within 15 mins the KYC will be updated and I’ll receive card within few days. It’s been 3 month my application is still stuck at KYC page. I have emailed the FPL Tech Team more than a few times and they reply the same drafted format the application will update automatically. They have not looked into the matter with serious note and not willing to solve the issue.

    They are not indicating what’s the problem.

    Still no resolution, or problem being found out

    Does FPL know what they are doing since past 4 months one simple thing they cannot sort out

    I need an answer and explanation why this problem has occurred? How to sort it out?
