Hi Customer Service Team,

This guy named Sumit Goswami mentioning Employee code RSW2580 of Third Party Consumer division said something about Voucher activation only if we pay Rupees 1 Lakh and in return Bank will initiate 2 Lakhs to my wife's account. My wife paid Rs. 25000/- to this account number - [protected] without verifying. We are not sure about this process and sensing a fraud or scammer. Please check and advise. PLease help us to get back the money from SCAMMERs account back.

and she was told that to use this code 20000RFCREFUND in YONO PAY and also was provided with a PIN 915738 from that guy (Sumit Goswami).
from my wife's account 25000/- got deducted.
We request a refund of same amount as soon as possible to my wife's same account.

I got too much fraud calls to this number.pls go through about fraud calls.

Sir i received a call from [protected] saying that he is our realtive and he wants to transfer some money in my account but then he sent a scan code phone pe app which i scanned and money was deducted from my account.

I'm getting fraud calls continuously from a person by saying that ur no. is provided in court by the name of Rajkumar Tiwari. Although I don't know this person. They r tried to contact me from another no. if I didn't receive their previous no.([protected]). Pls help me.It's totally mentally harassment. They are trying to contact me on whatsapp also.

Got call from this 24 shopping bazar sales person from various number like [protected], [protected], [protected], etc.
They are telling me that we are credit card service provide and will provide you a service like cashback and other services for thatr some of the amount gets block from your sbi credit card and amount is already blocked from the sbi and they are asking me to generate the transaction id from my cell or email.
They are blocking 6000 from my credit card and asking me whether i have to convert it into emi. And later on if i ask to sbi customer care service then they told me that we haven't activated any services like this and it will be a fraud call to you. We dont provide such services.
Please companies like this will be a fraud and makes alot of fraud transactions.

My husband mp vasanthkumar received calls from mobile no +91 [protected], +91 [protected] on 9th march 2016, 10th march 2016 saying that they are upgrading his rbl(Rathnakar banking ltd)creditcard to higher limit.She also told his creditcard details including cvv and asked him to verify the otp just to transfer the reward points to his new creditcard and he did so
The same things happened consecutive times and he has been billed for 30, 000/- in his creditcard account
He couldnt even findout that its a fake call, it was that much professional.
How an anonymous person will come to know his creditcard details when the creditcard is still with him?
He has raised a dispute with rbl bank an got a reply saying he is liable to this an he have to pay his creditcard bill on due date
So plz investigate in this matter asap
Attaching local police complaint acknowledgement, dispute form, will upload the creditcard statement once it is mailed as it is blocked now

Hello Sir, I received calls from [protected] this no. on 13.05.2015. One Person told me he was calling from the bank, he is a bank manager, he asked me about my bank details. I didn't share with him again 15.05.2015 I got called from [protected] this no and the same thing happened. Please take action against these callers..

your bank account and card.

They tried to use my credit card rs.17000, but my bank (HDFC) have blocked my card at the right time and saved my money.Thanks to HDFC BANK.Pls donot mention your mobile number or any other personal details in the customer compliants forum bec as you enter your mobile number, fraud people engaged in such bussiness will start calling you continously.I have received calls from 3 nos continously. So pls be aware.
