Back in June they called, my husband thought it was a legit company he had done business with in the past, the name is similar, but due to some stroke damage he couldn't remember the name of the real company. They didn't fix anything, but put free software on the pc, Firefox Web browser, cc cleaner and one other program I don't remember the name of. I sat and watched while the 'technician ' ..he thought I was away from the pc, I seen him...
