Hi,
I have worked for Geneva software Technologies Ltd from 1st Dec 2005 to 13th August 2009.
Following are the dues pending from GSTL :
1. Form 16 for the year[protected]
2. PF (Total deducted : Rs. 1,21,730)
3. Long stay bonus for the year[protected]Approximately Rs. 1 lakh - 6 months basic pay and its unconditional irrespective of my performance & company profit/loss)

My name is Yeshwanth.Velkuri. I worked for Geneva Software Technologies Private Limited from Feb 2007 to Nov 2009.10 months have been passed since i left the company and yet the company failed to settle my PF/TDS and salary for the month of Oct & Nov 2009. On contacting the concerned person , every time I get the response saying "Will be done soon". The MD of the company is not replying to emails that are...
