Hi Team,

I have paid the policy twice one in November and again the same policy in December.Still, they are claiming no payment was received.

I have taken a screenshot of the HDFC life Portal itself.which proofs everything,

I was sold a policy by this Mr Nitin Rastogi of HDFC LIfe last year convincing me that my earlier policy of ICICI Pru had a maturity value of 3.5 lakhs and that because I had not paid the premium post 1st year, the only way to take this benefit was to port to another policy of another issuer.
