I had taken a policy from the above health insurance company located at 17/11 a, tilak nagar, delhi - 110018, near riwaz garments. Ph no. [protected]. Its been 2 months now i have not received any policy documents neither any claims which i have submitted to them. They do not answer the given phone no.
They have taken full payment for policy registration but after that they refuse to answer the phone or revert to any emails. After checking...

I got multiple calls from representative of health tree insurance for taking policy. His name was vishal sharma. I took the policy on 31st jan 2019. It was said that premium would be deducted on monthly basis. But later on full amount was deducted from my card i. E. 11, 500/-. When i am trying to cancel this policy no body is reverting. Phone no. Are fake or remain busy. Employees are totally uneducated. It's totally fraud...
