I am complaining on this company because I've ordered a couple of items long ago, around say um.. 6 to 8 months ago but till now I haven't received the order and I tried contacting her from one particular phone number she replied saying that she'll get back but every time I tried texting her she would not reply And then I tried texting her from another number and very easily she just answered my call, and with great maturity she has handled...

I order curtains before Diwali in 2022
still waiting for them to deliver..
The girl who own is quite active in Instagram and has very big fan following..
After reading reviews I came to know I'm not alone .. she take orders and don't deliver them, when I asked for refund she stop replying me.

I have ordered curtains worth Rs 9114 from HippieSaaz in the month of August 21, 2022. I have been following up with them for the past 6 months. Till December they replied telling will send in 20 days, Will priorities your order and all but till now I haven't received yet. I tried all possible ways to contact via mail, Instagram and Facebook and from Jan there is no reply from their side. Tried calling to the phone number mentioned in site...

They promised to deliver the product within maximum 60 working days as per the statements mentioned on their Website. My order was placed on 29th October 2022, it hasn't been delivered yet. They have also refused to refund saying we will deliver. I don't want the products beyond the delivery timeline now and they are refusing refund....

I ordered bed curtains from hippie saaz 4 months back.. haven’t recieved it yet… when asked they keep on delaying. They promise to deliver it next week but their next week never comes. I am just fed up waiting for my order and asking about it again and again. They just dont respond. I was so hopeful to receive my order but they just dont care....

Ordered curtains in april, 2020. Not delivered and it already half way through september.
Did not reply to multiple polite attempts to enquire about the same.
Repeatedly ignored attempts to ask for a refund.
Deleted negative reviews of products on instagram.
Blocked account on dm on instagram. No one answering the customer service calls....
