I have paid my bsnl payments which were dues but still it is not reflecting to system and it has been 4 days still not reflecting to system.

I had made payment through upi, and I have screenshot too.

Please find attached screenshot of the same.

Bsnl is calling to my landline phone for bill payment even after paying the bills.

Please resolve this at the earliest....

I am a consumer of bsnl land line my previous no was 23452304 i given to shift to my new residence Flat No. 001, Ground Floor, SLV Spring fields Apartment, Nagavara Ring Road, Besad Manyatha Tech Park, Arabic College Post, Bangalore - 560 045 on 06.12.2016 Sl.No.16 BGTD Bangalore, and applied for shifting of the said telephone. I received a message " YOUR ORDER IS NOT FEASIBLE AT THE OUTDOOR. ORDER NUMBER IS[protected]".
