Not Respond

Some time ago I bought hosting from hostfizia. And three days ago I had raised a ticket, to change the new domain and also messaged on personal whatsapp. But no reply is coming from their side.
They have talked about providing 24*7 service on their website. Which is not quite right.

I request to take strict action against them as soon as possible....

Refund Delay Too Much

I have purchased online service from this company but they failed to provide me the service that's why i request them to give me refund.

They processed the refund and many days over they are saying me that razorpay have delayed the refund.

But, the day they have discontinued my service so refund should be instant. Am i right?
