I have purchased online service from this company but they failed to provide me the service that's why i request them to give me refund.
They processed the refund and many days over they are saying me that razorpay have delayed the refund.
But, the day they have discontinued my service so refund should be instant. Am i right?
Yes i know i am right at my point but why they delayed the refund i the message also they have written we will refund instantly so why they are wasting my time.
I request to take strict action against them as soon as possible.
