Hushbabies Complaints & Reviews

On 13/05/2013 I had taken subscribe2save offer worth Rs 6300 (for supply of diapers worth Rs 9000). Rs 1000/- to be credited in my hushbabies-account every month for 9 month, so that I can purchase the available diapers. However, after supply of 1 month, the diapers I needed were always absent hence they told me to wait till they restock. However, I can see that the company is closing down its operation and they are not in any form of contact. They have even failed to communicate with their subsciption customers regarding the winding up operations, and just shut down any contacts. and seem to runaway with the money. This is highly unethical corporate behaviour and criminal. If they had any intention of returning peoples money they could have kept the customer servivice number open to handle consumer problems at least. C Ray [protected]

    Hi Team, On June 17, 2013, I placed an order on the website Hushbabies.com (Order #[protected]. Order amount was 472Rs. The order was not processed. Even after repeated contacts to them, I was not given any satisfactory answer.Finally on September 2, 2013 I requested cancellation of the order. And I was promised refund of my money. Till date my money has not been refunded. And I am unable to contact them on their customer care number. Kindly Help me. Thanks, Gaurav Soota [protected] email : [protected]@gmail.com

      ...the amount is not important but i am amazed that the fraud site frauding with this many customer still making the same with the innocent people. no one is there to stop them...i have placed an order of rs. 439 to hushbabies of which only one item i got then i have tried to contact them by mail and phon but both was not responding. then i have complaint on this site about the same and i got reply from them regarding that they are giving me voucher which i can use for my next purchase so they given me rs371 voucher which i have used and ordered some product of costing rs 429..this time also i made online payment of other rs...again the same problem i faced. this time they even not sent any confirmation mail or anything to me. and now no answer from the support team also...the amount is not important but i am amazed that the fraud site frauding with this many customer still making the same with the innocent people. no one is there to stop them...may this time some strong action should be taken. mail from hushbabies: we followed them but no answer: Hi Nandini, It feels very bad experience for shopping on Hushbabies.com although I am online shopping enthuse. I did so many shopping from many online sites like flipkart and snapdeal but never face problem regarding product and order. Anyways when are you planing to send me my order confirmation, I still don't have any confirmation on my order. I am sure I will remove hushbabbies site from my shopping interest although it has many interesting items on site. Can you please send me order confirmation details and when it will be available to me? Sep 24 (1 day ago) to Hushbabies Hi Nandani, Its about 15 days i have ordered neither received items nor the confirmation. What about the mail you have send me about processing my order please reply as soon as possible.

        My Order number is #[protected]#HB[protected].

        I received a expired product from you. I ahve placed a complaint on May3rd and there is no revert from you till now.

        Whenever I call the Customer Care executive, they just humiliate the session and answer irresponsibly like it has been fowarded to the escalation team. I have called the CC no. 5 times and dropped mail four times with screen shot of the product.

        I have to file a case against this in Consumer Court. I have got solid proof of the product with the invoice from you.

          Complaint — transaction failure

          respected sir/madam,
          i am vinod today[protected] i tried to book an online ticket from chennai to kakinada in circar express train no is 7643 on[protected] and i made payment of 2603/- through sbi debit card. but tickets were not booked and i got an error message like "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"...and finally that amount was deducted from my account. please i request you to refund my amount.

            Dear Sir

            My order No is :[protected] Order placed in the name of : Kawaljeet Singh

            I received that order on 28th Feb'13 and same opened on 4th Mar'13.

            There was a wrong packet delivered to me. I ordered Pant Diaper , but i received Nappy Pads.


            And support team, sent me

              we book an order on hushbabies on 22may order no[protected]
              but till today my product is not shiped
              when m calling to customer care firstly they told that ur addres is not fully complited in delivery address but i select my invoice address same as my delivery address
              an they told me that plz mail us ur address on [protected]@husbabies.com
              after sending mail after two days when i call to ccare they told me that there is no inventry of thiss product there is not any problum of delivery address
