On 13/05/2013 I had taken subscribe2save offer worth Rs 6300 (for supply of diapers worth Rs 9000). Rs 1000/- to be credited in my hushbabies-account every month for 9 month, so that I can purchase the available diapers. However, after supply of 1 month, the diapers I needed were always absent hence they told me to wait till they restock. However, I can see that the company is closing down its operation and they are not in any form of contact. They have even failed to communicate with their subsciption customers regarding the winding up operations, and just shut down any contacts. and seem to runaway with the money. This is highly unethical corporate behaviour and criminal.
If they had any intention of returning peoples money they could have kept the customer servivice number open to handle consumer problems at least.
