My name is Samir, registered for GreenBelt/BlackBelt. i have paid my fees, after that IACT global are not responding my emails and phone calls. I have still not competed the certification....

Not giving refund money

Sir,
I have register for training prog . They postpont 2 times my training and when i ask to refund my money he give me dates for next week and when i tell them that i can not do training on mention dates , they said next dates is after 2 months ,
Even they are not replying from there complaint mail when i am sending to complaint emails ,
I need my money refund please suggest what to so ?...
