ISSUED ME A HEALTH POLICY WHEN MY CREDIT CARD LOST

I HAVE LOST MY CREDIT CARD AND CELL ON 16TH MARCH, AND THEN SOMEONE HAS ATTEND THE RECORDED VOICE CALL FROM ICICI LOMBARD AND SAID "YES" TO ISSUE ME TWO HEALTH POLICY ON MY CARD, WHEN I COME TO KNOW I HAVE BLOCKED MY CARD AND GOT THE NEW ONE AGAIN BUT AND ALSO WRITTEN MAIL TO ICICI BANK AND ICICI LOMBARD ABOUT THIS BUT NOT GETTING THE SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM THEM,
