British Council cancelled my exam and refunded me back but I did not recieve it. On enquiring, they told me that the transaction number in which they have refunded was [protected]. I paid through Payu. So, the refunc must have been through payu. requesting you kindly to guide me in this. Thanks....

Gave mental tortures to me and made me not to attend the exam. Again for postponement they sent me wrong form and again they played with me. Whenever I want to talk to them they made me to wait for more than 30 mins and never replied in time to my mail. Worst customer service ever and I want to open a case against them...
