No matter what plan you purchase. Won’t get the speed upto the plan. I have purchased 150 Mbps plan and I getting 20 Mbps download and 34 Mbps upload speed. Chasing customer service from past 3 months. Now every alternate days in a week. No matter what u say customer service will guide you to contact branch technician and branch technician will ask you to contact customer service. Tosing customer around. Despite making payment on the ION app for the period from 1/7/23 till 29/9/23 I have no internet since 31st July.
Repeated calls to Mr Nagraj phone [protected] who doesn't answer nor respond to messages.
If I default in payment it is promptly cut off but when there is no internet they don't pick calls nor respond to messages.For all these days without internet no one compensates.
Also the previous person Mr Dhanraj [protected]...

We have ION broadband in our office. but from 2/3 months your wifi speed is too low.. so it difficult do our work...

After so many times complaint on + [protected]... not replying ... and now this no. shown temporary out of service...

Kindly look into matter as very urgent basis... orelse we will change the broadband service...

Team is very neglected and worst 👎👎...

Since last 4 days due to fibre problem the connections are closed in our area. The customer service is not ready to tell how much time or will took for repair. I request to extend those inactive days as my package is of limited days. So they must extend the package....
