No matter what plan you purchase. Won’t get the speed upto the plan. I have purchased 150 Mbps plan and I getting 20 Mbps download and 34 Mbps upload speed. Chasing customer service from past 3 months. Now every alternate days in a week. No matter what u say customer service will guide you to contact branch technician and branch technician will ask you to contact customer service. Tosing customer around. Today I spoke to customer service, Rep name - Ketan Amberkar and His TL Santosh Venupure, Supervisor - Saif Khan, NOC team - Nilesh Kank. They gave me a world’s ridiculous answer that your laptop should have LAN port in order to sort out the issue. I have the lastest newly launched HP’s laptop wherein company didn’t provided LAN port due to which they didn’t help me further. I am working for a travel company wherein I need to have atleast 100 Mbps speed so that my office applications can run smoothly and this is the service they are offering.

Not good for WFH
Very very poor experties they have that they could not resolve my issue even after trying 6+ troubleshooting methods in a month.

If you are doing WFH this network is poor.

During down period they they will not arrange anything for you which will help you faster your work.

Wastage of money as I was able to work faster on mobile JIO netwrork.

Refund
While I am taking a new connection ION internet charged 1000 as a Deposit, while I am changing(shifting) my home, they told that they refund the amount. 3 months over after shifting, but there is no refund processed to me. what the hell with the customer care.

Cheating customer
Not recommend at all. Poor service and always issue with the connectivity. Since last 2 days there was no internet and later the technician is saying there is problems with the router and we have to pay 500 bugs to replace the router. They take a deposit of 500 which is not refundable and this was never informed to us while taking the service. Biggest liars and fraud. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this pathetic internet service provider. Do not deserve even one star.

Horrible
Horrible. Really Bad net work and extreme bad service.y a not trust worthy company. Very unfortunate, the one has to keep calling and there is no revert.
