Despite making payment on the ION app for the period from 1/7/23 till 29/9/23 I have no internet since 31st July.
Repeated calls to Mr Nagraj phone [protected] who doesn't answer nor respond to messages.
If I default in payment it is promptly cut off but when there is no internet they don't pick calls nor respond to messages.For all these days without internet no one compensates.
Also the previous person Mr Dhanraj [protected] handling payments overcharged me for my renewal on 31/08/22, 30/11/22 and 31/03/23 payments done through Gpay.. On 31st March asked me to to transfer the money through Gpay despite the fact he left the company
I wrote to the company and asked Mr Nagraj to come with bills 5to settle accounts properly. No sign of him.Wrote to IOn customer care but no response.
