Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased Jaguar Geyser Elena Prime Vertical 25L Manual 2KW 312 MM Depth 5 (5Star) HSN CODE:[protected]WA25L 0100) on 14th July 2022. After installation following defects were observed.
1) Red heating indicator light remains dim even after the selected temperature is achieved.
2) Water leaks from pressure relief valve when geyser is switched ON.
Service request was raised on 6th Oct 2022 Ref....

Its humiliating to complain that a faulty geyser has been installed and after complaining no one is coming to attend it. Jaquar is a great name and to my horrible experience i feel i have mistaken to purchase a product from such a arrogant group of people who don’t understand the value of their customers.
